The ‘skinny’ of it all

Filed under: Uncategorized — naturallykish @ 1:02 am

Yeah, this post is dedicated to those of you that insist on calling me skinny.

STOP IT!!! AT ONCE!!! lol

I crack myself up!! I can’t stop laughing……

Ok, back to the post at hand.  While I understand where everyone is coming from in saying “gurl you are skinny” or “you are really small” or whatever else I’ve heard in recent months, i just don’t see it.  I mean, when I look in the mirror I still see that 300 something pound chic.  It’s part of my sickness that I havent been cured of yet.  When I tell people that I don’t see what everyone else sees, they look at me like im nuts. lol

I had a convo recently with a friend and the question was asked, “are you seeing results from being a gym rat?” I had to think before I answered the question.  Honestly I don’t see any difference.  I mean, my clothes are falling off and when I look at pics I see it but my every day glance in the mirror reflects no results in my eyes.  I have however noticed that my stamina has increased and my determination hasnt wavered.  So that’s something to be proud of I guess.

But damn it, I wanna see what y’all see. lol  In due time, I guess.

Thanks to everyone that has been supportive of me while I embark on this journey.  I love and appreciate you all!
